Pankaj Kumar, an electronics and communication engineer, began his career at Huawei before shifting to social impact. With five years at The Art of Living Foundation, he now leads Invironext Pvt. Ltd., focusing on solar energy and sustainability, while actively supporting Swachhatapukare Foundation and Urban Lab in environmental initiatives.

Ayush Kumar Agrawal, a Ph.D. scholar in Robotics and Automation at NIT Jamshedpur, holds an M.Tech from NIT Delhi. With 16 patents, 20+ research papers, and 150+ reviews, he is a former IEEE SAC India Council member. His research spans Robotics, IoT, and Automation, driving innovation in technology.

Aditi Roy Mukherjee, a distinguished educator with 15 years of experience, is a PGT English faculty, career counselor, and performing arts trainer at Loyola School, Jamshedpur. A certified IC3 Career Counselor and NLP Practitioner, she excels in child development, academics, filmmaking, outreach programs, and skill training, empowering students across Eastern India.

Shyamli Rupam is a B.Tech student at NIT Jamshedpur with a passion for technology and innovation. She volunteers at TEDxBistupur and is actively involved in NSS. With experience in machine learning and software development, she has participated in events like the Google Girl Hackathon and the National Youth Festival, showcasing her technical and leadership skills.

Meet Mr. Abhishek Kumar Sharma. An alumnus of BIT Mesra with over 30 years of experience as a project professional at Tata Steel, he has executed projects nationwide, including ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 EOT crane project. A passionate photographer for 35 years, he also creates upcycled art, plants trees, and nurtures his artistic vision.

Deepak Sharma, a Creative Director with 6 years of experience, specializes in strategic branding and impactful design. As the founder of BrandMistri, he has worked with brands like Nutricia, Marico, and Sukrit Ayurveda, blending minimalism with intricate details to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate brand messages and solve business challenges.

Basundhara Singhdeo is a third-year Electronics and Communication Engineering student at NIT Jamshedpur with a strong passion for web development, coding, and problem-solving. Having volunteered at TEDxBistupur for two editions, they have honed leadership, teamwork, and event management skills, enhancing their ability to collaborate and execute tasks effectively.

Shruti Priya, a third-year B.Tech student at NIT Jamshedpur, is a passionate writer, social impact leader, and founder of the HASI Movement, which has helped 2,000+ people. Recognized as the youngest author by Interview Times and d2d Youth Story, she has co-authored 15 books and finds solace in poetry, storytelling, and community service.

Rahul Kumar is an education-focused entrepreneur who has spent the last decade understanding India’s learning gap at the ground level. Through conversations with over 1000s of people and mentoring students, he has seen one clear reality - students don’t lack potential, they lack preparation for real life.
